A fee per building must be charged when a building is recertified within 90 days from the date that the initial notice has been received. The Recertification Fees are as follows:

Per Non-threshold building                                           $311.10
Per Threshold building                                                  $518.50

If a building is not certified within the 90 day limitation, a late fee per building shall be paid in addition to the Recertification Fee as follows:

Late compliance fee equals the regular fee plus         $259.25

If the recertification is not completed within 90 days of the building's being declared unsafe a fee per building will be charged as follows:

New inspection report fee                                           $311.10
