REQUEST RECORDSSubmit a request via email, fax, or in person. Download the form by clicking here
Email the form to buildingrecords@miamibeachfl.gov, or fax it to 786-394-4050. Also, a request may be completed at the Records window, located at the Building Department's second floor lobby. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays.
