Multi-family residences are required to have a single-stream recycling plan. Residences with two to eight units have the option to obtain a single-stream recycling service with the City (Wednesday Pick-ups) or to contract a licensed waste hauler. Properties with nine units or more are required to choose to contract with a licensed recycling hauler or utilize one of the franchise waste haulers permitted to operate in the City.
