 Cancellation of a rental must be made 7 days in advance to receive a full refund minus the $25
 Administrative Refund Fee. No refund thereafter!
* Vendors must provide an insurance certificate with the following statement IN THE DESCRIPTION BOX: “The City of Miami Beach” is an additional insured for this event only.

* Setup and cleanup times are only permissible during the hours of the rental. This includes set up and breakdown of all vendors. Rides will not be permitted to set up before 1/2 hour of scheduled party

POOL PARTY RENTAL INFORMATION
Come celebrate your birthday party at Normandy Isle Park Pool, located at 7030 Trouville Esplanade. Our aquatic facility consists of two separate pools. A large 8-lane general lap pool for all ages and a zero to 15″ depth water playground for toddlers. His and her locker rooms are equipped with showers and lockers (must bring your own lock). 20′ umbrella (sunbrellas) provided for birthday parties. • Non-Residents: $250 (includes 25 guests) Additional guest: $5

Other Information
• Area is available for rent 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• 30 minute setup before event and 30 minute clean up included in 4 hour rental
• Available Monday – Sunday (Sept – May) & Saturday – Sunday (Jun – Aug)
• Not available on holidays

Rules & Regulations
• One birthday party per session
• Party area consists of seating for 25 guests only, additional charge of $5 per person, all ages, up to 15. No additional seating provided. Maximum number of guests may not exceed 40.
• Facility will be staffed during Party Rental hours.
• Set up and clean up times are 15 minutes prior and after.
• Pre-cooked food is permitted i.e. pizza and sandwiches, however; absolutely no alcoholic beverages or glass containers allowed.
• The renter is responsible to supervise all guests, party supplies and gifts.
• Renter is provided a designated area; however, pool is open to the public.
• Insurance criteria not needed.
• No vendors allowed.


 POOL (ENTIRE FACILITY) RENTAL INFORMATION 
Pool facility rentals are not available during regular operating hours (6:45 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.).
