General Municipal Election:

On November 15, 2005 the City of Miami Beach held its regularly scheduled General Election (postponed from November 1, 2005 due to Hurricane Wilma) for the purpose of electing a Mayor and three City Commissioners. The Mayor and Commissioners in Groups II and III ran unopposed. On November 29th, a run-off election was held to elect a City Commissioner for Group I. The results are posted below:
