A. Yes, you do. Every 12 months you can perform a Garage Sale. You will need to apply one (1) day in advance, no later than 3:00 p.m., any day of the week. If you are not the owner of that property, you will need to provide an owner authorization letter that allows you to run a garage sale. The cost is $20.00 for two consecutive days.
A. Certificate of Use must be issued because the premises have to comply with all the requirements of the Code of the City of Miami Beach.
A. Upon the issuance of a Certificate of Use for a building or premise, an annual inspection will be conducted thereafter to determine that the building or premises complies with all fire code requirements of the City of Miami Beach.

A. Yes, it does. Every condominium building in the City of Miami Beach needs to apply for a Certificate of Use, Annual Fire Inspection, and Business Tax Receipt. Since condominiums are non- profit organizations, they will be only exempt from the Business Tax Receipt fee, but not for Certificate of Use and Annual Fire Inspection fees.
