Miami Beach Auctions Its Surplus & Police Confiscated Inventory
Miami Beach, FL – The City of Miami Beach will hold its annual surplus and police confiscated inventory public auction on Saturday, April 26, 2003 at 10:00 a.m., at the Miami Beach Convention Center, Hall D, 1901 Convention Center Drive. A special Preview/Sealed Bid Offering will be scheduled by appointment for Friday, April 25, 2003, for members of the Jewish community that are unable to attend the auction on Saturday.
A partial listing of items includes surplus vehicles, trucks, jewelry, equipment, electronics, computers, radios, and more. Items can be inspected one hour prior to the auction.
Fisher Auction Co., Inc will conduct the auction. Cash or certified funds are required. A $100.00 refundable cash deposit will be required to register to bid. All personal property must be paid for and removed auction day by 2:00 p.m. A 25 percent cash deposit will be required on all vehicles the day of auction. Balances must be paid in full prior to removal, no later than 12 noon, Monday, April 28, 2003.
All items sold in "As Is Condition with All Faults" to the highest bidder with a 10% buyer's premium. Non-dealer purchases will require title transfer prior to release of vehicle. Tag/title agency will be available auction day. All announcements made auction day take precedence over any written materials and are subject to additions and deletions. Auction subject to Terms of Sale.
