Home Buying Program Opportunity Opens in Miami Beach

Miami Beach, FL – The Miami Beach Community Development Corporation (MBCDC) will be opening their application period for the Home Buyer Program between Monday, September 15, 2003 through Friday, September 26, 2003.

The Home Buyer Assistance Program provides financial assistance to income-eligible first-time home buyers in Miami Beach. (Currently, a family of two with a maximum annual income of $30,850 may be eligible to participate).

Applications will be accepted between the hours of 10:00 a.m. t0 4:00 p.m. at the MBCDC Office, located at 945 Pennsylvania Avenue, first floor conference room.
