Clinic runs from January - May. Registration is January 7 - 11, 2013 for residents, January 16, 2013 for non-residents. If needed lottery drawing will be on January 15, 2013. Register at the site where your sport is held. League begins January 22, 2013.

Proof of Residency Requirements
One of the following: Current lease or property tax statement showing your homestead exemption or approved exemption application AND two of the following: Picture ID, voter’s card, drivers license or utility bill. All proof of residency must match. A copy of participant’s report card is also required for all program locations. We may require additional documentation.

Enrollment Cards
Participants presenting enrollment cards MUST show proof of residency and may be required to fill out additional forms.
