    Aquatics Center      
    Flamingo Pool   Listed in two local publications as “Best Public Swimming Pool,” this state-of-the-art facility features an 8-lane lap pool that is aerated in the summer and heated in the winter to maintain an 82 degree temperature year-round. The aquatics center also features a separate interactive/play pool. This pool designed for toddlers has a zero to 15 inch depth and includes multi-colored water toys and a slide. Beautifully landscaped for a tropical paradise appearance, the pool deck has 5-twenty foot umbrellas (sunbrellas), a concession stand, vending machines, locker rooms with showers, and much more. The Flamingo Park Pool is also a member of the United States Water Fitness Association, Inc. and is also a National Training Center for Water Fitness Instructors.  


     
      
    Bark Park    
    Flamingo Bark Park 

    The bark park consists of two separate dog areas available for your canine family. One area is opened at a time in order to continuously serve the users. The bark park is a social setting for dog owners to let their dogs off leash. Remember, it is a city ordinance to clean up after your pet and maintain them on a leash at all times.


     



     
    Baseball Stadium   
    Flamingo Baseball Stadium 

    The best in South Florida, home to the Miami Beach High Tides, our local high school, and plays host to the Adult South Florida Baseball League. Several baseball players from Major League Baseball (MLB) train on this magnificently maintained field during the off season.


     



     
    Basketball Courts   
    Flamingo Basketball Courts  Flamingo Park’s basketball courts were voted “Best of Miami 2005” and "Best of Miami 2009" in a local publication. Come play on our two full or four half courts.



     


     
    Handball/Racquetball Courts   
    Flamingo Handball Courts  Flamingo Park’s handball/racquetball courts are one of the oldest and well-maintained in the country. All (6) four wall courts and (6) one wall courts are exterior and available for night play. 



     


     
    Memorial Football Stadium   
    football Field 

    This state-of-the-art field is laser graded and has a computer controlled irrigation system. Covered with rolled Bermuda sod, the same quality that the National Football League (NFL) plays on, this field is used 12-months a year by a wide range of players that includes the Parks and Recreation Department, high school, civic leagues and charitable teams. Several NFL players train on this field during the off season. The football field is available for rental only. 




     


     
    Miami Beach Police Athletic League Building   
    PAL Building  The Abe Resnick Youth Resource Center is a 13,000 square foot two story building houses the Miami Beach Parks and Recreation’s After School programs at Flamingo Park.  It also features its own fitness center that is open to the public.     Running Track (6 lane, 400 meters)

    Runners of all levels can enjoy training or just fun fitness on the only track in Miami Beach. Mileage guide: 2 laps=1/2 mile, 4 laps=1 mile. 



     
    Soccer Field   
    Flamingo Soccer Field 

    Miami Beach Parks and Recreation’s traveling and intramural teams  play and compete on this field. This area is also used for general activities.







     



     
    Softball Field   
    Flamingo Park Softball Field  Traveling teams and intramural teams play and compete on this field. It is also the venue for Miami Beach High School Girls Softball Team.





     


     
    Tennis Center   
    Flamingo Tennis Center  Voted "Best of Miami 2009", the tennis center features 17 clay courts and a pro shop. The Tennis Center was once home to the Jr. Orange Bowl Tournament and is managed by Greensquare Tennis / Bollettieri - Mar.     Tot Lot/Playground   
    Flamingo Tot Lot  In December 2005, the Parks and Recreation Department along with GameTime designed this tot lot/playground that benefits the developmental progression of children’s climbing abilities, early social and cognitive development, youth health and fitness. The tot lot/playground was designed to help parents fight the number one threat to their children today-obesity.  The amount of equipment was tripled to include a Fit Kid Elementary area with a toddler lot, swing set, and 5-12 year old area that includes a rock climbing wall.  This beautifully landscaped and irrigated area also features an original choo-choo train from the 1950’s.
