Gisela N. Torres

Ms. Torres joined the City Attorney’s Office in 2014.  Her principal areas of practice include the negotiation and preparation of City agreements involving real property transactions, asset management agreements, leases, and service agreements.  Her responsibilities also include the drafting of resolutions and providing legal advice to the City’s Office of Real Estate (Tourism Culture and Economic Development Department), Office of Housing and Community Services, and Procurement Department.

Prior to joining the City Attorney’s Office, Ms. Torres held the position of Leasing Specialist, of the City’s Office of Real Estate, in the Tourism, Culture and Economic Development Department, for a period of one year.  Prior to joining the City of Miami Beach, Ms. Torres was in private practice, concentrating in the areas of real estate transactions and commercial litigation matters.
