Nicholas Kallergis first joined the City Attorney’s Office in 2013. Mr. Kallergis’s areas of practice include land use and zoning, legislation, ethics and conflicts of interest, special assessment districts, and elections. Mr. Kallergis represents the City’s Planning Department and four land development boards (Planning Board, Historic Preservation Board, Design Review Board, and Board of Adjustment). He also advises the Land Use and Sustainability Committee, as well as the City’s Environment & Sustainability Department.
