The Building Department created a Community Meeting Series aimed to assist and educate residents on the new permitting process, permit classification, and more.

The first seminar was successfully held on October 24, 2018, where we had the opportunity to meet and discuss with our residents the new and simplified permitting processes that had been implemented in our department.

Our second session was held on February 26, 2019, at the North Shore Park & Youth Center. We were fortunate again to host  very active participants that made the discussion interesting, enjoyable and productive.

A third informative discussion took place in Commission Chambers at City Hall on October 11, 2019. The Building Director informed attendees about the new walk-through and drop-off changes coming in effect on October 15, 2019. For additional information, click here.
