DERM/WASD Electronic Plan Review

Projects that are required to have DERM and/or WASD plan review approval may be submitted as a DROP-OFF plan review. We will convert them to digital format and upload them to Miami Dade County for DERM review. If your submittal is reviewed as a walk-through, you may leave the plans with us upon completion of the walk-through for electronic submittal to Miami Dade County. We are working harder so you won't have to.

Provide time and cost savings to customers by minimizing the need to travel to county facilities to conduct plan reviews and permitting activity.
Streamline and expedite the permitting process by allowing reviews to be concurrent.
Provide the ability to track the status of the plan review as well as review comments.
