Catalina Rodriguez joined the City Attorney’s Office in May 2025. She serves as the liaison between the City Attorney’s Office and the Procurement Management Department. In addition to supporting legal matters related to procurement, Catalina’s practice concentrates on transactional and real property matters.

Catalina earned her B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where she completed both her J.D. and the Robert Traurig-Greenberg Traurig LL.M. in Real Property Development.

Before joining the City, Catalina worked at a top-ranked international law firm, handling complex commercial and residential real estate transactions across South Florida and beyond.
