Beach Front Concessions

The Office of Real Estate also manages all Beachfront Concession Operations on the public beachfront within the City of Miami Beach’s jurisdiction which consists of seven miles from South Pointe to 87^th Terrace.  Beachfront Concessions include equipment rentals (chairs, umbrellas, etc.), food and beverage service, and water sports rentals.

The City only authorizes Beachfront Concession Operations to the upland property owner located immediately west of the beachfront concession.  The upland property owner may operate the beachfront concession in-house or they may contract with a third party operator.  To apply for a Beachfront Concession Operation please click here.
