• Events lasting over 4 hrs will be charged an additional $30 / hour
Other Information
• Rentals may not be available during regular operating hours.
• Available for rent Monday – Sunday, 10 AM – 4 PM
• Setup and clean up times are included within the 4 hour rental. This includes setup and breakdown of all vendors.
Insurance Criteria
• Insurance required for bounce houses and mechanical rides (mechanical rides must be approved by Parks and Recreation Department.)
• Insurance is NOT required for magicians, clowns, face painters or performers.
• One million dollar liability insurance certificate must state the following: “The City of Miami Beach is an additional insured”.
• In the box labeled certificate holder, the following must appear:

• Vendors must have Workman’s Compensation. If vendor do not have, they must provide a letter on company letterhead stating that they are not required because they have less than three (3) employees. Letter must also specify date, time and location of party / event. No rental will be permitted without proper insurance.
• Insurance certificate must be faxed two weeks prior to party / event. Parties / events will not take place without approved insurance. It is the responsibility of the renter and vendor to verify that the insurance has been approved.

Muss Park
Previously 2,000 square feet, the Muss Park pavilion was constructed to attain LEED gold-certification and is now double its original size. The communal complex features a brand-new office, storage space, bathrooms and drinking fountains. Equipping park users with a practical activity space, rain or shine, the facility’s large four-fold doors allow the pavilion to operate as both an open-air or air-conditioned space. The handicap-accessible picnic table area and playground further complement the space, providing people of all abilities an opportunity to enjoy the park. Circling the large playing field, the new concrete walkways, updated fencing, fresh swing sets, landscaping and irrigation upgrades add to the park’s functionality and aesthetic. Additionally, the new handicap-accessible playgrounds are separated based on age level, serving as a dedicated space for children ages two through five and five to twelve. • No ponies and petting farms permitted.
• Cooking (open flame) is NOT permitted on site, only pre-cooked foods.
• The renter is responsible to supervise all guests, party supplies and gifts.
• Renter is provided a designated area; however, park is open to the public.
• No water activities or DJ’s permitted.
• Fees increase if rental is on a holiday
