November 2019 aufgerufen wird, um den W\u00e4hlern der Stadt Miami Beach, Florida, eine Frage vorzulegen, ob mit Wirkung von den allgemeinen Wahlen im November 2021 die Abschnitte 2.01 und 2.02 der Stadtverfassung wie folgt ge\u00e4ndert werden sollten: Die Amtszeit des B\u00fcrgermeisters von zwei auf vier Jahre zu erh\u00f6hen; die Amtszeitbegrenzung des B\u00fcrgermeisters von drei zweij\u00e4hrigen Amtszeiten auf zwei vierj\u00e4hrige Amtszeiten zu \u00e4ndern; die Bestimmungen der Verfassung zur r\u00fcckwirkenden Messung und Berechnung beizubehalten; UND ES IST PERSONEN VERBOTEN, L\u00c4NGER ALS ACHT JAHRE ALS B\u00dcRGERMEISTER ZU AMTEN (DIE ZEIT IST EINSCHLIESSLICH DER JAHRE DER VORHERIGEN B\u00dcRGERMEISTERSCHAFT), AUSSER UM EINE AMTSZEIT ZU BEENDEN, VON DER DIE H\u00c4LFTE BEREITS ABGEDIENST WURDE.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.miamibeachfl.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Resolution-2019-30900.pdf\">Beschluss Nr. 2019-30900<\/a><br \/>\nEine Resolution des B\u00fcrgermeisters und der Stadtkommission der Stadt Miami Beach, Florida, die eine Sonderwahl am 5. November 2019 fordert, um den W\u00e4hlern der Stadt Miami Beach, Florida, eine Frage vorzulegen, ob mit Wirkung mit der allgemeinen Wahl der Stadt im November 2021 der Abschnitt 2.02 der Stadtverfassung ge\u00e4ndert werden sollte, um die j\u00e4hrliche Verg\u00fctung des B\u00fcrgermeisters und der Stadtkommissare zu erh\u00f6hen.<br \/>\nDie genannten Entsch\u00e4digungen werden j\u00e4hrlich auf Grundlage des Verbraucherpreisindex erh\u00f6ht, d\u00fcrfen jedoch drei Prozent pro Jahr nicht \u00fcberschreiten.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.miamibeachfl.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Resolution-2019-30901.pdf\">Beschluss Nr. 2019-30901<\/a><br \/>\nEine Resolution des B\u00fcrgermeisters und der Stadtkommission der Stadt Miami Beach, Florida, fordert eine Sonderwahl f\u00fcr die Stadt Miami Beach am 5. November 2019, um den W\u00e4hlern der Stadt Miami Beach eine Frage vorzulegen, ob Abschnitt 2.07 der Stadtverfassung, der Verfahren zur Besetzung von Stellen in der Stadtkommission festlegt, ge\u00e4ndert werden sollte, um Verfahren zur Besetzung einer durch den R\u00fccktritt eines Mitglieds der Stadtkommission entstandenen Stelle zu schaffen. Au\u00dferdem soll klargestellt werden, dass die Kommission im Falle einer Vakanzen nicht verpflichtet ist, jemanden zu ernennen, um die Stelle zu f\u00fcllen, sondern stattdessen entscheiden muss, ob eine Wahl ernannt oder angesetzt werden soll, und den Zeitpunkt festlegen.
