Empfehlung bez\u00fcglich einer Person oder eines Unternehmens enth\u00e4lt, \u00fcber die\/das berichtet wird, erh\u00e4lt die betroffene Person eine vorl\u00e4ufige Kopie und hat drei\u00dfig (30) Arbeitstage Zeit, eine schriftliche Erkl\u00e4rung oder Gegendarstellung einzureichen, bevor der Bericht fertiggestellt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Das OIG ist nicht befugt, \u00c4nderungen an den Richtlinien, Verfahren oder Aktivit\u00e4ten der Stadt anzuordnen oder anzuordnen, es kann jedoch von einem Beamten oder einem Mitarbeiter einer Stadtabteilung einen Folgebericht \u00fcber die als Reaktion auf
