Die Stadt stellt ein Stipendium in H\u00f6he von bis zu 1.000 US-Dollar pro Schuljahr zur Verf\u00fcgung, das bis zu 450 zus\u00e4tzliche Unterrichtsstunden abdeckt. Dies entspricht bis zu 2,5 Stunden pro Tag \u00fcber 180 Tage und wird erstattet. Die Unterrichtsstunden k\u00f6nnen nur f\u00fcr Programme angerechnet werden, die w\u00e4hrend der regul\u00e4ren Schulzeit im Rahmen des Vorschul-Stipendienprogramms stattfinden.<\/p>\n<p>Bewerbungen werden vom 10. September 2026 bis zum 30. November 2026 entgegengenommen. Die Verlosung findet am Freitag, den 4. Dezember 2026 statt.<\/p>\n<p>Familien mit Wohnsitz in Miami Beach, deren Kind oder Kinder am oder vor dem 1. September 2027 vier Jahre alt sind oder zwischen dem 2. Februar 2022 und dem 1. September 2023 Geburtstag haben, k\u00f6nnen sich bewerben. September 2027 vier Jahre alt ist oder zwischen dem 2. Februar 2022 und dem 1. September 2023 Geburtstag hat, k\u00f6nnen sich bewerben. Mindestens ein Elternteil\/Erziehungsberechtigter muss zum Zeitpunkt der Antragstellung und w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Schuljahres 2027\/28 in Miami Beach wohnen. Voraussetzung f\u00fcr den Erhalt des Vorschulstipendiums ist die Einschulung des Kindes in den Vorschulbereich im Schuljahr 2027\/28.<\/p>\n<p>Da die Programmmittel begrenzt sind, werden nicht alle Personen auf der Warteliste kontaktiert. Die Mitarbeiter kontaktieren die Bewerber in der Reihenfolge ihrer Auswahl durch ein computergest\u00fctztes Lotterieverfahren. Dabei wird eine numerische Reihenfolge der Bearbeitung festgelegt, bis alle Mittel aufgebraucht sind. Die Ergebnisse der Lotterie werden auf der Website der Stadt ver\u00f6ffentlicht, einschlie\u00dflich meines Familiennamens, meiner Best\u00e4tigungsnummer und meiner Lotterienummer.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\tErforderliche Unterlagen:\t<\/h3>\n\t<p><strong>Nachweis des Wohnsitzes in der Stadt Miami Beach<\/strong> \u2013 Es wird mindestens ein (1) Dokument aus der Liste der Prim\u00e4rquellendokumente und ein (1) Dokument aus der Liste der Sekund\u00e4rquellendokumente, die unten aufgef\u00fchrt sind, ben\u00f6tigt:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prim\u00e4re Quellen f\u00fcr den Wohnsitznachweis (mindestens 1):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>G\u00fcltiger Lichtbildausweis, ausgestellt vom \u00f6rtlichen Staat (F\u00fchrerschein)<\/li>\n<li>G\u00fcltige Fahrzeugregistrierung aus Florida mit Angabe der Wohnadresse des Antragstellers in Miami Beach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sekund\u00e4re Quellen f\u00fcr den Wohnsitznachweis: (Eine (1) der folgenden monatlichen Rechnungen\/Abrechnungen mit dem Namen und der Adresse des Bewohners, die innerhalb der letzten 30 Tage abgeschickt wurde):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stromrechnung (FPL, Gas, Kabelfernsehen)<\/li>\n<li>Handyrechnung<\/li>\n<li>Hypothekenabrechnung<\/li>\n<li>Grundsteuerbescheid (letzter erhaltener)<\/li>\n<li>Wohnraummietvertrag (vollst\u00e4ndig unterzeichnet\/l\u00e4nger als 6 Monate)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t<p><strong>Nachweis des Alters des Kindes<\/strong> \u2013 Mindestens eines (1) der folgenden Dokumente wird ben\u00f6tigt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ein Original oder eine beglaubigte Kopie der Geburtsurkunde des Kindes, die gem\u00e4\u00df den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen bei der zust\u00e4ndigen Beh\u00f6rde eingereicht wurde;<\/li>\n<li>ein Original oder eine beglaubigte Kopie der Taufurkunde des Kindes oder einer anderen religi\u00f6sen Geburtsurkunde des Kindes, zusammen mit einer notariell beglaubigten eidesstattlichen Erkl\u00e4rung, dass die Urkunde wahr und richtig ist und die von den Eltern des Kindes beschworen oder best\u00e4tigt wurde;<\/li>\n<li>eine seit mindestens zwei Jahren bestehende Lebensversicherung f\u00fcr das Kind;<\/li>\n<li>einen Reisepass oder eine Bescheinigung \u00fcber die Ankunft des Kindes in den Vereinigten Staaten;<\/li>\n<li>einen von einem Beamten des \u00f6ffentlichen Gesundheitswesens oder einem zugelassenen Arzt unterzeichneten Impfausweis; oder<\/li>\n<li>einen g\u00fcltigen Personalausweis f\u00fcr Angeh\u00f6rige des Milit\u00e4rs oder einen von der Bundesregierung oder einem Land ausgestellten Personalausweis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tProgrammpr\u00e4sentation\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.miamibeachfl.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Family-Application-2023-24-Spanish.pdf\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tPr\u00e4sentation des Programms\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tAnbieter\t<\/h2>\n<h3>\n\t\t\tWer ist berechtigt, Vorschulanbieter zu werden?\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>Um die Leistungen des CMB PreK-Programms erbringen zu k\u00f6nnen, muss der Anbieter eine herk\u00f6mmliche \u00f6ffentliche Schule oder einer der folgenden privaten Anbieter des PK-Bildungsprogramms sein: (1) eine Kinderbetreuungseinrichtung mit einer Lizenz gem\u00e4\u00df Abschnitt 402.305 der Gesetze von Florida; eine Tagespflegeeinrichtung mit einer Lizenz gem\u00e4\u00df Abschnitt 402.313 der Gesetze von Florida; eine lizenzierte Kindertagesst\u00e4tte f\u00fcr Gro\u00dffamilien mit einer Lizenz gem\u00e4\u00df Abschnitt 402.313 der Gesetze von Florida, eine nicht \u00f6ffentliche Schule, die von der Lizenzpflicht gem\u00e4\u00df Abschnitt 402.3025(2) ausgenommen ist; oder ein konfessioneller Kinderbetreuer, der von der Lizenzpflicht gem\u00e4\u00df Abschnitt 402.316 der Gesetze von Florida ausgenommen ist.<\/p>\n<p>Die Stadt ist f\u00fcr die Feststellung der Teilnahmeberechtigung des Anbieters am CMB-Programm verantwortlich. Die Stadt best\u00e4tigt die Teilnahmeberechtigung per E-Mail durch den Chief Education Officer der Stadt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Stadt stellt ein Stipendium f\u00fcr bis zu 450 zus\u00e4tzliche Unterrichtsstunden zur Verf\u00fcgung. Die Unterrichtsstunden d\u00fcrfen nicht als Ersatz oder Doppelfinanzierung durch Drittmittelgeber dienen, die die Teilnehmer erhalten. Die Unterrichtsstunden k\u00f6nnen zus\u00e4tzliche Stunden des Vorschulbildungsprogramms \u00fcber die von Drittmittelgebern finanzierten hinaus bereitstellen oder als eigenst\u00e4ndiges Stipendium dienen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zahlungsrate:<\/strong> Der Anbieter hat Anspruch auf eine Verg\u00fctung f\u00fcr die im Rahmen des Programms erbrachten anrechenbaren Unterrichtsstunden. Die Verg\u00fctung erfolgt zum regul\u00e4ren Stundensatz des Anbieters oder zu 6,66 \u00a3 pro Stunde ($), je nachdem, welcher Betrag niedriger ist, f\u00fcr maximal 2,5 Stunden pro Tag \u00fcber 180 Tage. Der maximale Betrag betr\u00e4gt 3.000 \u00a3 pro teilnehmendem Kind und Schuljahr, beginnend mit dem Schuljahr 2027\/28. Etwaige einkommensabh\u00e4ngige Erm\u00e4\u00dfigungen oder andere Angebote des Anbieters f\u00fcr den teilnahmeberechtigten Teilnehmer reduzieren gegebenenfalls den von der Stadt zu zahlenden
