Entworfen wurden sie von den DASH-Sch\u00fclern Analee Hyacinthe, Francisca Henrys, Isabella Enriguez, Sophia Gutierrez und Nicolas Finol. Die Konzepte verk\u00f6rpern den Geist von Miami Beach und beinhalten Elemente, die bei Einwohnern und Besuchern beliebt sind.<\/p>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.miamibeachfl.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/2.jpg\" alt=\"\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p><em>In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Lincoln Road BID konnte die Stadt Grundst\u00fccke f\u00fcr die Teilnahme am Programm gewinnen, wie beispielsweise dieses in der Lincoln Road 1115.<\/em><\/p>\n\t<p>Warum ist das f\u00fcr Immobilienbesitzer interessant? Mit diesem Programm k\u00f6nnen Eigent\u00fcmer von Gewerbefl\u00e4chen mit ebenerdigen Schaufenstern leerstehende R\u00e4ume revitalisieren, indem sie leere Schaufenster und T\u00fcren versch\u00f6nern und so freie oder ungenutzte Mietfl\u00e4chen anbieten.<\/p>\n<p>Das Programm verbessert nicht nur das Erscheinungsbild und die Attraktivit\u00e4t der Immobilie, sondern kann auch potenzielle Mieter anziehen und die Marktf\u00e4higkeit der Immobilie steigern.<\/p>\n<p>Die teilnehmenden Immobilien werden mit einem Makleraufkleber auf der Glasscheibe versehen, der alle Kontaktdaten potenzieller Mieter enth\u00e4lt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus sind diese Fensterfolien <strong>kostenlos<\/strong> an die Grundst\u00fcckseigent\u00fcmer!
