Das Praktikum ist eine Form des erfahrungsorientierten Lernens, die im Unterricht erworbenes Wissen und Theorie mit praktischer Anwendung und Kompetenzentwicklung in einem professionellen Umfeld verbindet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Allgemeine Ziele des Praktikums:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jedem Studenten soll die M\u00f6glichkeit gegeben werden, praktische Erfahrungen in der Stadt Miami Beach und in der Verwaltung verschiedener Programmbereiche zu sammeln und sein\/ihr Wissen und seine\/ihre F\u00e4higkeiten auf pers\u00f6nlicher, Aufsichts- und F\u00fchrungsebene zu erweitern.<\/li>\n<li>Jeder Student soll in die Lage versetzt werden, die beruflichen Pflichten und Verantwortlichkeiten des Personals in diesem Bereich zu verstehen und zu w\u00fcrdigen.<\/li>\n<li>Jedem Studierenden dabei zu helfen, seine beruflichen St\u00e4rken und Schw\u00e4chen zu erkennen.<\/li>\n<li>Unterst\u00fctzung der Universit\u00e4t und der weiterf\u00fchrenden Schule (a) bei der Bewertung der Leistungen der Studenten und der Verbesserung des Lehrplans, (b) Bereitstellung von M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr die Fakult\u00e4t, sich mit praktischen Problemen auseinanderzusetzen und mit Fachleuten aus der Praxis zu interagieren.<\/li>\n<li>Um der Stadt Miami Beach und Praktikanten den Austausch neuer und aktualisierter Konzepte zu erm\u00f6glichen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>So bewerben Sie sich:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor- und Masterstudenten k\u00f6nnen sich \u00fcber den Handshake ihrer Hochschule f\u00fcr ein bezahltes Praktikum bewerben.<\/li>\n<li>Sch\u00fcler der Oberstufe k\u00f6nnen sich \u00fcber die \u00f6ffentlichen Schulen des Miami-Dade County bewerben. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/miami.getmyinterns.org\/\"><strong>Sommerpraktikumsprogramm f\u00fcr Jugendliche<\/strong><\/a><\/strong> oder <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/aymiami.getmyinterns.org\/\"><strong>Praktikumsprogramm f\u00fcr das akademische
