Mai) mit der Vorstellung der Miami Beach Business Academy, einem Programm, das neuen, aufstrebenden und erfahrenen Unternehmern gesch\u00e4ftliche Unterst\u00fctzung bietet.<\/p>\n<p>Ziel des Programms ist es, neue Unternehmen mit den notwendigen Werkzeugen f\u00fcr den Erfolg in der fr\u00fchen Entwicklungsphase auszustatten und die Gesch\u00e4ftst\u00e4tigkeit etablierterer Unternehmen durch eine Kombination aus Online-Schulungen, Einzelberatung, Selbsthilfegruppen, Mentoring, Thought Leadership und anderen Techniken zu st\u00e4rken. Das Programm wird durch den Community Development Block Grant \u2013 Coronavirus finanziert.<\/p>\n<p>Im Oktober 2020 verabschiedete die Stadtkommission von Miami Beach eine Resolution zur Bereitstellung von $600.000 zur Finanzierung von Zusch\u00fcssen f\u00fcr Kleinunternehmen \u00fcber den Community Development Block Grant \u2013 Coronavirus. W\u00e4hrend der Verwaltung des Emergency Small Business Reimbursement Grant-Programms stie\u00df das Wirtschaftsentwicklungsministerium auf zahlreiche Kleinunternehmen und Kleinstunternehmen, die Schulungen und technische Unterst\u00fctzung ben\u00f6tigten.<\/p>\n<p>Das Programm der Miami Beach Business Academy wird in Partnerschaft mit der gemeinn\u00fctzigen Organisation Prospera in S\u00fcdflorida angeboten, die sich auf zweisprachige Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr Unternehmer und kleine Unternehmen spezialisiert hat. Die Akademie bietet pers\u00f6nliche und virtuelle Schulungen zur technischen Unterst\u00fctzung sowie kostenlose Beratung f\u00fcr die Kleinunternehmen der Stadt.<\/p>\n<p>Technische Unterst\u00fctzung steht aufstrebenden und etablierten Unternehmern aus kleinen Unternehmen bis Dezember bis zu acht Monate lang zur Verf\u00fcgung. Das Prospera-Programm umfasst mindestens zw\u00f6lf virtuelle Schulungen zu Themen wie Wachstumsstrategieanalyse, bew\u00e4hrten Gesch\u00e4ftspraktiken, Gesch\u00e4ftskontinuit\u00e4t, Kapitalbeschaffung, digitaler Pr\u00e4senz und Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung.<\/p>\n<p>Sechs der virtuellen Schulungen finden auf Englisch und sechs auf Spanisch statt. Der monatliche Programmplan wird im elektronischen Newsletter von MBBiz ver\u00f6ffentlicht.<\/p>\n<p>Die Miami Beach Business Academy erg\u00e4nzt die Bem\u00fchungen der Stadt, die lokale Gesch\u00e4ftswelt bei der Bew\u00e4ltigung des Lebens nach der Pandemie zu unterst\u00fctzen. Ebenso unterst\u00fctzt und f\u00f6rdert das Emergency Small Business Reimbursement Grant Program der Stadt Miami Beach die wirtschaftliche Tragf\u00e4higkeit berechtigter Unternehmen, indem es bis zu 1420.000 TP2 an Kostenerstattungen f\u00fcr w\u00e4hrend der Pandemie an ihrem Hauptgesch\u00e4ftssitz entstandene Ausgaben gew\u00e4hrt.<\/p>\n<p>Das Stipendium wird nach dem Prinzip \u201eWer zuerst kommt, mahlt zuerst\u201c \u00fcber eine Online-Bewerbung vergeben.
