Stellvertretender Chef Daniel Morgalo<\/strong> Seit \u00fcber drei Jahrzehnten engagiert sich Morgalo in der Strafverfolgung, gepr\u00e4gt von seinem Engagement f\u00fcr Exzellenz und seiner vielf\u00e4ltigen T\u00e4tigkeit. Seit seinem Eintritt in die Polizei von Miami Beach im Jahr 1999 hat er stets seine Vielseitigkeit und F\u00fchrungsqualit\u00e4ten unter Beweis gestellt. Als stellvertretender Einsatzleiter leitet er alle Streifen-, Spezial- und Ermittlungsdienste der Polizei von Miami Beach und gew\u00e4hrleistet eine umfassende Aufsicht und strategische Ausrichtung in verschiedenen Bereichen. Zu seinen F\u00fchrungsaufgaben geh\u00f6ren stadtweite Streifeneins\u00e4tze, Spezialeinheiten, strafrechtliche Ermittlungen und vieles mehr.<\/p>\n

Zu den H\u00f6hepunkten seiner Karriere als Assistant Chief Morgalos z\u00e4hlen seine fr\u00fchere Position als Major der Operations Division, in der er die Effizienz und Effektivit\u00e4t der Strafverfolgungsoperationen deutlich steigerte. Seine Expertise im Krisenmanagement und in der strategischen Planung f\u00fchrte zu erfolgreichen Ernennungen zum Leiter der Geiselverhandlungs- und mobilen Einsatzteams und bewies seine F\u00e4higkeit, auch in Hochdrucksituationen pr\u00e4zise zu navigieren. Seine umfangreiche Ermittlungserfahrung umfasst Positionen als Mordkommissar, Ermittler f\u00fcr interne Angelegenheiten, Ermittlungsleutnant und Hauptmann der Kriminalpolizei. Dar\u00fcber hinaus war er sechs Jahre lang als Ausbilder und Supervisor f\u00fcr Strafverfolgungsbeh\u00f6rden t\u00e4tig, insbesondere als Leiter der Ausbildungseinheit und Schie\u00dfstandmeister, und verf\u00fcgt seit \u00fcber 15 Jahren \u00fcber Ausbilderzertifikate.<\/p>\n

Assistant Chief Morgalo zeichnete sich durch sein Engagement f\u00fcr kontinuierliches Lernen aus und erwarb einen Bachelor of Science in Strafrecht an der Florida International University mit Auszeichnung. Er setzte seine Ausbildung an der Naval Postgraduate School, Center for Homeland Defense and Security, fort und erwarb einen Master of Arts in Heimatschutz \u2013 ein Meilenstein, da er als erster Angeh\u00f6riger des Miami Beach Police Department diese Auszeichnung erhielt.<\/p>\n

Assistant Chief Morgalo absolvierte den F\u00fchrungsoffizier-Ausbildungskurs des Southern Police Institute der University of Louisville und das Senior Management Institute for Police des Police Executive Research Forum. Sein Engagement f\u00fcr die berufliche Weiterbildung umfasst Zertifizierungen der Programme \u201eF\u00fchrung in Polizeiorganisationen\u201c der International Association of Chiefs of Police.<\/p>\n

Neben seiner operativen F\u00fchrungsfunktion ist Assistant Chief Morgalo auch FEMA-Trainings- und \u00dcbungskoordinator der Abteilung und besitzt eine FEMA-Zertifizierung als Master Exercise Practitioner (MEP). In dieser Funktion tr\u00e4gt er ma\u00dfgeblich dazu bei, die Abteilung durch intensive Schulungen und \u00dcbungen besser auf Bedrohungen der Heimatschutzbeh\u00f6rde vorzubereiten.<\/p>\n
