Die Stadt Miami Beach beginnt ihren Haushaltsprozess mit einem strategischen Planungsprozess, um die Bed\u00fcrfnisse und Priorit\u00e4ten der Gemeinde zu ermitteln. Daraus ergeben sich allgemeine Ziele, die den Haushaltsentwicklungsprozess der Stadt leiten.
