LESLIE ROSENFELD\t<\/h3>\n<h3>\n\t\t\tBildungsdirektor\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>Leslie Rosenfeld ist Bildungsdirektorin der Stadt Miami Beach. Mit ihrem Wissen \u00fcber Erwachsenenbildung und Bildung unterst\u00fctzt sie seit ihrem Eintritt in die Stadt den laufenden organisatorischen Wandel in Miami Beach. Sie hat ma\u00dfgeblich zur Entwicklung und zum Erfolg des organisationalen Lernens in der gesamten Stadt beigetragen und stellt sicher, dass alle Mitarbeiter ihre Rolle bei der Erreichung der Ziele und Mission der Stadt verstehen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus entwickelt und leitet sie zahlreiche Initiativen zur Leistungssteigerung und Universit\u00e4tspartnerschaften. Sie hat einen Doktortitel in Verwaltung und Supervision von der Florida International University, einen Master-Abschluss in Englisch von der University of South Florida und einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Englisch von der University of Florida.<\/p>\n<p>Leslie fungiert seit \u00fcber zehn Jahren als Verbindungsperson des Stadtverwalters zum Ausschuss f\u00fcr Bildungsqualit\u00e4t. In dieser Funktion entwickelte sie den Bildungsvertrag der Stadt mit den \u00f6ffentlichen Schulen des Miami-Dade County. Unter ihrer Leitung als Chief Learning Officer der Stadt f\u00fchren alle \u00f6ffentlichen Schulen von Miami Beach das International Baccalaureate Program ein. Sie war ma\u00dfgeblich an der Entwicklung und Leitung verschiedener Jugendinitiativen beteiligt, darunter unter anderem in den Bereichen Verhaltensgesundheit, Zugang zu Pflegekr\u00e4ften, Lese- und Mathematikintervention, SAT\/ACT-Testvorbereitung, ADL \u201eNo Place for Hate\u201c, Doppelschulungen und einer j\u00e4hrlichen Studentenausstellung.<\/p>\n<p>Leslie ist derzeit Mitglied des Pr\u00e4sidentenrats der Florida International University. Sie schreibt au\u00dferdem viertelj\u00e4hrlich eine Kolumne im MB-Magazin und informiert die B\u00fcrger \u00fcber die Jugendpartnerschaft der Stadt mit \u00f6ffentlichen Schulen und kommunalen Partnern, die allen Kindern Chancengleichheit und Zugang erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n<p>Leslie hat auf zahlreichen Konferenzen Vortr\u00e4ge gehalten, darunter der American Educational Research Association, dem Sterling Forum der Stadt- und Kreisverwaltung, dem Annual Quality Congress, der Florida League of Middle Schools und dem Writing across the Disciplines der Florida International University.
