Durch zahlreiche Renovierungen wurde das Colony Theatre im Laufe der Jahre in ein Theater mit 417 Sitzpl\u00e4tzen f\u00fcr Live-Auff\u00fchrungen verwandelt. Die letzte Renovierung dieser Art ($6.5M) fand 2006 statt. Seit 2016 wird das Colony Theatre von Miami New Drama geleitet und betrieben, einem kulturellen Ankerpunkt in Miami Beach, dessen Ziel es ist, im Dialog mit der Community vielf\u00e4ltige, relevante neue Theaterst\u00fccke und Musicals zu entwickeln.
