W\u00e4hrend der Beratungen gem\u00e4\u00df Resolution 2022-32261 (der vorgeschlagenen allgemeinen Obligationsanleihe f\u00fcr Kunst und Kultur) wiesen der B\u00fcrgermeister und die Stadtkommission die Verwaltung an, eine weitere Kategorie f\u00fcr die Entwicklung von Arbeiterwohnungen hinzuzuf\u00fcgen, die K\u00fcnstlern und mit den kulturellen Einrichtungen der Stadt verbundenen Personen zugute kommen.<\/p>\n

Diese zus\u00e4tzliche Kategorie wird dazu beitragen, den Bedarf an zus\u00e4tzlichen bezahlbaren Wohneinheiten f\u00fcr Arbeitnehmer in der Gemeinde zu decken.<\/p>\n

Die Mittel f\u00fcr Arbeiterwohnungen k\u00f6nnen zur Deckung der Kosten f\u00fcr Planung, Bau, Betrieb und Instandhaltung von Arbeiterwohnungsprojekten verwendet werden, die den kulturellen Einrichtungen der Stadt und der Allgemeinheit zugute kommen.<\/p>\n\t
