Die geb\u00fcrtige Bolivianerin zog nach S\u00fcdflorida und fand ihren ersten Job in einer Reinigung an der Collins Avenue und 27<sup>th<\/sup> Street. Obwohl sie kaum oder gar keine Erfahrung in der Reinigungsbranche hatte, entdeckte Simona ihre Leidenschaft und entwickelte ihre operativen und Managementf\u00e4higkeiten im Job. Nach einigen Jahren kam Simonas Chef auf sie zu und teilte ihr mit, dass er ins Ausland ziehen w\u00fcrde, und bot ihr die \u00dcbernahme der Reinigung an. Die selbsternannte Risikofreudige und stolze und entschlossene Immigrantin nahm das Angebot sofort an, lieh sich das Geld f\u00fcr den Kauf des Unternehmens und bereute es nicht.<\/p>\r\n<p>Celmas Dry Cleaners, derzeit in der Sheridan Avenue 4111, betreut die Gemeinde seit \u00fcber 25 Jahren. Das Angebot umfasst unter anderem professionelle chemische Reinigung und W\u00e4scherei, Schneiderei und \u00c4nderungen sowie die Reparatur von Accessoires und Schuhen. Mit einer einzigartigen und kreativen Vision und Mission strebt Celmas bewusst nach Exzellenz, hochwertigem Kundenservice und der Schaffung eines Mehrwerts f\u00fcr die Gemeinde.<\/p>\r\n<p>Auch Celmas Dry Cleaner blieb wie viele andere von den negativen Auswirkungen der globalen Pandemie nicht verschont. Gl\u00fccklicherweise fand Simona Unterst\u00fctzung durch das Community Development Block Grant-Coronavirus Emergency Small Business Reimbursement Grant Program der Stadt Miami Beach, eine Initiative zur Unterst\u00fctzung von Unternehmen, die von der Pandemie betroffen sind. Erfreulicherweise blieb Celmas Dry Cleaners als systemrelevantes Unternehmen ge\u00f6ffnet, obwohl die Ums\u00e4tze deutlich zur\u00fcckgingen. Dank des Zuschusses konnte Simona einen Teil ihrer Miete decken und auf effizientere Ger\u00e4te umsteigen.<\/p>\r\n<p>Als Teilnehmerin des Miami Beach-Programms erhielt Simona au\u00dferdem Unterst\u00fctzung von Prospera, einer gemeinn\u00fctzigen Organisation, die Unternehmen beim Kapazit\u00e4tsaufbau unterst\u00fctzt, um zu \u00fcberleben und zu wachsen, indem sie ihnen beibringt, ihre Ziele und Abl\u00e4ufe zu fokussieren und zu priorisieren. Durch die individuelle Unterst\u00fctzung eines Prospera-Unternehmensberaters erkannte Simona, wie wichtig eine digitale Marketingstrategie ist, um ihr Unternehmen online zu bewerben, neue Kunden zu gewinnen und gleichzeitig bestehende Kunden zu binden. Simona nahm an den spanischsprachigen Webinaren der Stadt Miami Beach und Prospera zum Thema Gesch\u00e4ftskontinuit\u00e4t teil und entwickelte Strategien zur Gesch\u00e4ftsstabilit\u00e4t, die sie besser auf zuk\u00fcnftige unvorhersehbare \u00dcberraschungen vorbereiten.<\/p>\r\n<p>Prospera arbeitete mit Simona zusammen, um Dienstleistungen wie Schulungen, Unternehmensberatung und Kapitalbeschaffung zu identifizieren und zu identifizieren.
