Er empfiehlt konkrete Ma\u00dfnahmen oder Initiativen zur F\u00f6rderung oder Erleichterung des Baus von bezahlbarem Wohnraum und zur Wahrung der Wertsteigerungsf\u00e4higkeit der Immobilie. Der AHAC pr\u00fcft au\u00dferdem staatlich gef\u00f6rderte Projekte und gibt F\u00f6rderempfehlungen.<\/p>\n<p>Weitere Einzelheiten finden Sie in\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docmgmt.miamibeachfl.gov\/WebLink\/DocView.aspx?id=262031&amp;dbid=0&amp;repo=CityClerk\">Verordnung 2020-4355<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t<p>Der Beratende Ausschuss f\u00fcr bezahlbaren Wohnraum besteht aus elf stimmberechtigten Mitgliedern mit einer Amtszeit von jeweils zwei Jahren. Ein Mitglied des Ausschusses ist der B\u00fcrgermeister oder ein Mitglied der Stadtkommission, das durch Mehrheitsbeschluss des B\u00fcrgermeisters und der Stadtkommission ernannt wird.
