Ausnahmen hiervon k\u00f6nnen von der Stadtkommission mit Mehrheitsbeschluss f\u00fcr Personen mit spezifischen Kenntnissen oder Fachkenntnissen im Bereich der Leguan-Sanierung oder der Sanierung anderer invasiver, nichtheimischer Arten genehmigt werden.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Befugnisse und Pflichten\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der Ausschuss wird Ma\u00dfnahmen anderer Gerichtsbarkeiten zur Verhinderung, Ausrottung und Kontrolle der Ausbreitung invasiver Leguane untersuchen und den Stadtdirektor und die Stadtkommission \u00fcber m\u00f6gliche Ma\u00dfnahmen beraten, die der Stadt zus\u00e4tzlich zur Beauftragung eines Leguanbek\u00e4mpfungs- und -entfernungsdienstes zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen. Dazu geh\u00f6ren unter anderem Empfehlungen hinsichtlich der Ausschreibung von Anbietern von Leguanbek\u00e4mpfungsdiensten durch die Verwaltung.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interessenkonflikt.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gem\u00e4\u00df dem Recht Floridas sollte sich ein Beiratsmitglied bei Vorliegen eines Interessenkonflikts der Stimme enthalten, wenn es ein pers\u00f6nliches, privates oder berufliches Interesse hat und dies seinem besonderen privaten Vorteil oder dem Vorteil eines Auftraggebers dient, von dem es beauftragt wird. Der Verbindungsbeamte der Staatsanwaltschaft unterst\u00fctzt die Beiratsmitglieder bei Bedarf bei der L\u00f6sung potenzieller Abstimmungskonflikte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Administrativer Verbindungsbeamter \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Die unterst\u00fctzenden Abteilungen des Ausschusses sind das B\u00fcro des Stadtverwalters und das Bauamt.
