Dazu geh\u00f6rt die Sensibilisierung der Gemeinde f\u00fcr bestehende und zuk\u00fcnftige Projekte sowie die Einholung von Ideen und Feedback der B\u00fcrger zur Verbesserung der Planung und Umsetzung zuk\u00fcnftiger Projekte. Der Ausschuss ber\u00e4t nicht zu Angelegenheiten, die speziell von der Stadtkommission gepr\u00fcft wurden, um finanzielle Auswirkungen oder unangemessene Verz\u00f6gerungen bei der Umsetzung wichtiger Resilienzprojekte zu vermeiden.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p><strong>Befugnisse und Pflichten\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li>Geben Sie beratende Empfehlungen und Feedback zu den besten Ans\u00e4tzen zur Verbesserung der Ausbildung und Einbindung der Bewohner.<\/li>\r\n<li>Geben Sie beratende Empfehlungen und Feedback zu Prozessverbesserungen f\u00fcr den Hochwasserschutz.<\/li>\r\n<li>Geben Sie Ihre Eingaben weiter und bewerten Sie die allgemeine \u00c4sthetik der Nachbarschaft sowie Verbesserungen bei Versorgungseinrichtungen und Infrastruktur, beispielsweise Kriterien f\u00fcr die Standortentscheidung f\u00fcr Pumpstationen oder andere Verbesserungen.<\/li>\r\n<li>Bieten Sie dem Ausschuss ein Forum zum Austausch bew\u00e4hrter Verfahren und Erkenntnisse aus abgeschlossenen und\/oder laufenden Projekten, um diese m\u00f6glicherweise in zuk\u00fcnftige Projekte einflie\u00dfen zu lassen.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p><strong>Zusammensetzung der Mitglieder.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Der Ausschuss besteht aus sieben (7) Mitgliedern. Die Amtszeit betr\u00e4gt jeweils h\u00f6chstens zwei (2) Jahre. Jedes Mitglied der Stadtkommission nimmt eine (1) direkte Ernennung in den Ausschuss vor.<\/p>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li>Die sieben (7) Mitglieder m\u00fcssen der Stadt gem\u00e4\u00df den allgemeinen Anforderungen in Abschnitt 2-22 der Stadtordnung angeh\u00f6ren. Dar\u00fcber hinaus m\u00fcssen die Mitglieder folgende Voraussetzungen erf\u00fcllen:<\/li>\r\n<li>Allgemeine Anforderungen. Jedes der sieben (7) Mitglieder muss ein nachgewiesenes Interesse an Hochwasserschutz, Meeresspiegelanstieg und Anpassung, Infrastruktur und\/oder Nachbarschaftsfragen haben. Dies kann insbesondere in akademischen Bereichen, in Hauseigent\u00fcmergemeinschaften, Wohnungseigent\u00fcmergemeinschaften, Genossenschaften, B\u00fcrgerinitiativen oder \u00e4hnlichen Bereichen geschehen.
