Au\u00dferdem gibt es einen (1) nicht stimmberechtigten, von Amts wegen ernannten Vertreter der Normandy Fountain Business Association, der nicht zur Beschlussf\u00e4higkeit des Ausschusses z\u00e4hlt.<\/p>\n<p>Die sieben (7) Mitglieder m\u00fcssen der Stadt angeh\u00f6ren. Diese Anforderung wird auf folgende Weise erf\u00fcllt:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<ol>\n<li>Ans\u00e4ssige Mitglieder.\n<p>a. Mindestens eines der sieben Mitglieder muss derzeit seit mindestens f\u00fcnf Jahren im Gebiet von North Beach wohnen, das im Allgemeinen als der Teil von Miami Beach gilt, der n\u00f6rdlich von 63 liegt.\u00a0<sup>rd\u00a0<\/sup>Stra\u00dfe.<\/p>\n<p>b. Mindestens drei der sieben Mitglieder m\u00fcssen derzeit seit mindestens f\u00fcnf Jahren innerhalb der geografischen Grenzen des North Beach CRA oder in einem Umkreis von 300 Fu\u00df davon wohnen.<\/p>\n<p>c. Von der f\u00fcnfj\u00e4hrigen Mindestwohnsitzpflicht gem\u00e4\u00df den Unterabschnitten (1)(a) und (1)(b) kann mit einer F\u00fcnf-Siebtel-Mehrheit der Stadtkommission abgesehen werden, wenn ein Einwohner des betreffenden geografischen Gebiets f\u00fcr die Mitarbeit im Ausschuss zur Verf\u00fcgung steht und aufgrund seiner Ausbildung und\/oder Erfahrung au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich qualifiziert ist.<\/p>\nd. Die Wohnsitzanforderung eines Radius von 300 Fu\u00df in Unterabschnitt (1)(b) kann mit einer 5\/7-Mehrheit der Stadtkommission aufgehoben werden, falls ein Bewohner innerhalb einer angemessenen Entfernung vom 300-Fu\u00df-Radius der geografischen Grenze des North Beach CRA lebt und aufgrund seiner Ausbildung und\/oder Erfahrung au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich qualifiziert ist.<\/li>\n<li>Gesch\u00e4ftsmitglied. Mindestens eines (1) der sieben Mitglieder muss seit mindestens f\u00fcnf (5) Jahren eine Eigentumsbeteiligung an einem Unternehmen innerhalb der geografischen Grenzen des North Beach CRA nachweisen, unabh\u00e4ngig vom Wohnsitz der Person. Ein Kandidat, der die Anforderungen sowohl als Einwohner als auch als Gesch\u00e4ftsinhaber erf\u00fcllt, kann sich entweder f\u00fcr die Kategorie \u201eEinwohnermitglied\u201c gem\u00e4\u00df Abschnitt C(1)(a) oben oder f\u00fcr die Kategorie \u201eGesch\u00e4ftsmitglied\u201c gem\u00e4\u00df diesem Unterabschnitt qualifizieren.<\/li>\n<li>Mitglied der Immobilienbranche. Mindestens ein (1) der sieben Mitglieder des Ausschusses muss ein Fachmann der Immobilienbranche sein und seinen Wohnsitz in der Stadt Miami Beach haben.<\/li>\n<li>Mitglied als Rechtsanwalt. Mindestens ein (1) der sieben Mitglieder des Ausschusses muss ein Rechtsanwalt mit Erfahrung in den Bereichen Landnutzung, Immobilien oder einem anderen verwandten Rechtsgebiet sein und seinen Wohnsitz in der Stadt Miami Beach haben oder eine Vollzeit-Kanzlei mit B\u00fcro in North Beach unterhalten.<\/li>\n<li>Allgemeine Anforderungen. Jedes der sieben (7) Mitglieder muss ein nachweisliches Interesse an Fragen der Nachbarschaftsf\u00fchrung haben, einschlie\u00dflich, aber nicht beschr\u00e4nkt auf, Nachbarschaftsgesch\u00e4ftsgruppen, Hausbesitzer- oder Wohnungseigent\u00fcmergemeinschaften und -genossenschaften, B\u00fcrgergruppen und\/oder andere \u00e4hnliche Qualifikationen.<\/li>\n<li>Mitglied von Amts wegen der Normandy Fountain Business Association.
