Ziel ist die Verbesserung der Resilienz von Kunst- und Kultureinrichtungen in der gesamten Stadt sowie die Schaffung von Kunstspielpl\u00e4tzen, eines Unterwasser-Skulpturenparks und von Unterk\u00fcnften f\u00fcr K\u00fcnstler und Arbeitnehmer sowie weiterer kultureller Projekte. Dieses Programm wurde dem Portfolio der umzusetzenden Projekte des GO-Anleiheprogramms von Frau Hernandez hinzugef\u00fcgt.<\/p>\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich zu ihren derzeitigen Aufgaben im Rahmen des GO-Bond-Programms ist Frau Hernandez die Verbindungsperson zur Stadt f\u00fcr die Entwicklung und den Bau des 800 Zimmer umfassenden Grand Hyatt Miami Beach Convention Center Hotels, dessen Fertigstellung im Rahmen eines Erbbaurechts- und Entwicklungsvertrags mit einem privaten Bautr\u00e4ger bis Mitte 2023 abgeschlossen sein wird.<\/p>\n<p>Im Jahr 2014, vor ihrer T\u00e4tigkeit f\u00fcr die GO-Bonds, wurde Frau Hernandez vom Stadtverwalter zur Direktorin des Convention Center District ernannt. Sie war f\u00fcr die 10 Hektar gro\u00dfe, $620 Millionen Dollar teure Renovierung und Erweiterung des Convention Centers verantwortlich, das gr\u00f6\u00dfte Investitionsprojekt in der Geschichte der Stadt. Das Projekt wurde im April 2020 abgeschlossen.<\/p>\n<p>Zuvor war Frau Hernandez ab 2010 mehrere Jahre lang als Senior Capital Projects Coordinator in der Abteilung f\u00fcr Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) der Stadt t\u00e4tig.<\/p>\n<p>Sie kam aus der Privatwirtschaft nach Miami Beach, wo sie 20 Jahre lang in der Architektur und Immobilienentwicklung im Gro\u00dfraum Miami t\u00e4tig war. Frau Hernandez erwarb einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Architektur an der University of Miami (UM) und einen Master-Abschluss in Bauplanung an der Columbia University.
