Greene, CGFO, CFE, CPFIM, verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber mehr als zwei Jahrzehnte Erfahrung in der Kommunal- und Bezirksverwaltung S\u00fcdfloridas und ist derzeit Chief Financial Officer (CFO) der Stadt Miami Beach. Er lebt seit langem in Miami Beach und war Mitglied des General Obligation Bond Committee der Stadt, wo er auch stellvertretender Vorsitzender war. Er hat einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Umwelttoxikologie, einen Master-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre und einen Master-Abschluss in Bauingenieurwesen.<\/p>\n<p>Jason verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber umfassende Kenntnisse in Budgetierung und Finanzplanung, einschlie\u00dflich mehrj\u00e4hriger Kapitalplanung, Anleihefinanzierung und Schuldenmanagement, der Vorbereitung j\u00e4hrlicher Finanzpr\u00fcfungen und umfassender Buchhaltungsfunktionen. Vor seiner T\u00e4tigkeit im \u00f6ffentlichen Dienst war Jason in der Ingenieurberatung mit Schwerpunkt auf Bau- und Umweltingenieurwesen sowie Projektmanagement f\u00fcr Kapitalverbesserungen t\u00e4tig. Seine Projektmanagementerfahrung umfasste Terminplanung, Kostenanalyse, Projekt-Cashflows und Prognosen.<\/p>\n<p>Jason ist Mitglied der nationalen Government Financial Officers Association (GFOA) und war dort in deren Vorst\u00e4nden und Aussch\u00fcssen t\u00e4tig. Derzeit ist er Mitglied des GFOA-Vorstands und Mitglied der International City\/County Manager&#039;s Association, der Florida City\/County Manager&#039;s Association, der Miami-Dade City\/County Manager&#039;s Association, der Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, der Association of Public Treasurers of the United States and Canada sowie des Institute for Internal Controls. Er ist zertifizierter Government Finance Officer (CGFO), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Public Funds Investment Manager (CPFIM) und Certified Internal Controls Auditor (CICA).<\/p>\n<p>Bevor Jason zur Stadt Miami Beach kam, arbeitete er mehrere Jahre als beratender Ingenieur an gro\u00dfen Infrastrukturverbesserungsprogrammen, haupts\u00e4chlich f\u00fcr die Wasser- und Abwasserbeh\u00f6rde des Miami-Dade County. W\u00e4hrend seiner T\u00e4tigkeit an diesen Programmen wechselte er von der Ingenieurst\u00e4tigkeit zur Programmsteuerung, Budgetierung und Kostensch\u00e4tzung. Nach seiner \u00dcbernahme durch die Miami-Dade Expressway Authority war er \u00fcber 16 Jahre lang in diesem Bereich t\u00e4tig und wechselte von der Ingenieurst\u00e4tigkeit in die Finanzabteilung. Dort hatte er Positionen als Controller und schlie\u00dflich als Leiter Finanzkontrolle und Budget inne.
