      Dr. Kristen Rosen Gonzalez stammt aus Miami Beach. Ihre Eltern lernten sich 1972 in der Lobby des Fountainebleau Hotels kennen. Sie wuchs in Miami Beach unter Exilkubanern und den Nachkommen von Holocaust-\u00dcberlebenden auf, planschte in Pools und trieb sich in den Kartenspielzimmern der Eigentumswohnungen vergn\u00fcgt. Kristen studierte in Boston, kehrte nach ihrem Abschluss jedoch nach S\u00fcdflorida zur\u00fcck und lie\u00df sich in Miami Beach nieder. Kristen hat drei wundervolle Kinder: Isabella (24), Pablo (20) und Franny (18), die alle die Miami Beach Senior High School abgeschlossen haben. Kristen liebt Miami Beach und plant, ihren Ruhestand hier mit ihrem Lebensgef\u00e4hrten, dem Chefkoch des \u201eCafe Bernie\u201c, Bernie Matz, und ihren Katzen Gracie, Lola und Simby in ihrem Haus in der Alton Road in Mid-Beach zu verbringen. Kristen ist fest angestellte Dozentin im Fachbereich Englisch und Kommunikation am Miami-Dade College, Immobilienmaklerin, ehemalige Stadtr\u00e4tin von Miami Beach und Miteigent\u00fcmerin des Cafe Bernie in der Collins Avenue 5600.<\/p>\n

      Kristen wurde 2015 in die Miami Beach Commission gew\u00e4hlt und begeisterte sich f\u00fcr Art-d\u00e9co-Architektur. Sie setzte sich f\u00fcr sauberes Wasser in der Biscayne Bay ein, als niemand \u00fcber dieses Thema sprach. Sie war ma\u00dfgeblich an der Rettung des Byron Carlyle Theaters beteiligt und trug als Anwohneraktivistin dazu bei, mehrere Referendumskampagnen zu gewinnen, als die lokale Regierung Zoneneinteilungen oder Gesetze vorschlug, die nicht im Interesse der Anwohner waren.<\/p>\n

      Kristen hat ihren Doktortitel in Hochschulverwaltung von der Barry University, ihren Master of Arts in Kommunikation von der Barry University und ihren Bachelor of Arts in franz\u00f6sischer und spanischer Sprache und Literatur von der Tufts University in Medford, MA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
