Stock, <br \/>Miami Beach, FL 33139<\/p><\/a><\/li>\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.miamibeachfl.gov\/de\/egovapp\/city-hall\/communicationsdepartment\/neighborhood-affairs-division\/active-projects\/\" target=\"_self\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tProjektkarte f\u00fcr stadtweite Bauvorhaben\n\t\t\t<\/a>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tHintergrund\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Die Stadt Miami Beach gr\u00fcndete im Sommer 2001 das B\u00fcro f\u00fcr Kapitalverbesserungsprojekte (CIP), um die st\u00e4dtischen Bauvorhaben in einer einzigen Einheit zu b\u00fcndeln, die als zentrale Anlaufstelle f\u00fcr Planungs- und Bauprogrammmanagementaktivit\u00e4ten dienen soll. Das aktuelle Programm des CIP-B\u00fcros umfasst beispiellose Investitionen in Infrastruktur zur Steigerung der Lebensqualit\u00e4t, darunter die Priorisierung des steigenden Meeresspiegels durch Projekte zur Verbesserung von Regenwasser und Wegerechten, Parkm\u00f6glichkeiten, Parkverbesserungen sowie Nachhaltigkeits- und Resilienzprojekte. Diese Projekte sind notwendig, um Einrichtungen und Infrastruktur zu verbessern, zu erweitern und zu erhalten und so den Serviceanforderungen der Einwohner und Besucher der Stadt Miami Beach gerecht zu werden. Das Programm zur Kapitalverbesserung wird haupts\u00e4chlich durch genehmigte Anleihen finanziert, darunter allgemeine Obligationen, Wasser\/Kanalisation und Regenwasser. Weitere Finanzierungsquellen k\u00f6nnen Zusch\u00fcsse, Kurtaxen und Parkanleihen sein. Das CIP betreut \u00fcber 60 aktive Projekte in der Planungs-, Entwurfs- und Bauphase. Das Ziel des CIP ist es, die Mehrheit dieser Projekte innerhalb der n\u00e4chsten f\u00fcnf Jahre abzuschlie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Das CIP-Personal besteht aus F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften, Projektmanagern (mit unterschiedlichen Erfahrungs- und Verantwortungskategorien), Finanzmanagern, Bauinspektoren und Verwaltungspersonal. Im Laufe der Jahre hat die Abteilung neue und innovative Methoden zur Beschaffung von Auftragnehmern und Beratern eingef\u00fchrt. Zu den aktuellen Beschaffungsmethoden geh\u00f6ren Auftragsvergabe, Design-Build, Baumanagement auf Risiko und Design-Bid-Build.
