Es erm\u00f6glicht den B\u00fcrgern mithilfe modernster Technologie einen einfachen Zugriff auf Informationen und sorgt f\u00fcr ein zufriedenstellendes Einkaufserlebnis. Die Aufgaben des B\u00fcros des Stadtschreibers sind im beigef\u00fcgten Organisationsplan aufgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>Central Services bietet einen professionellen und zuvorkommenden internen Kundenservice auf hohem Niveau und f\u00fchrt die folgenden Aufgaben aus: Sortieren, Verarbeiten und Verteilen von US-Post und interner Post, Zustelldienste, Druck-, Kopier- und Bindedienste.<\/p>\n<p>Die Sachbearbeiter des Sonderbeauftragten fungieren als offizielle Sekret\u00e4re der Sonderbeauftragten. Die Sonderbeauftragten erlassen rechtskr\u00e4ftige Anordnungen, die alle notwendigen Schritte zur Behebung eines Versto\u00dfes anordnen. Die Sonderbeauftragten verhandeln F\u00e4lle der Baubeh\u00f6rden, der Ordnungs\u00e4mter, der Parkverwaltungen, der Park- und Freizeitbeh\u00f6rden, der Polizei\/Wasserschutzpolizei und der Feuerwehr.
