Stock<br \/>Miami Beach, FL 33139<\/p><\/a><\/li>\t<\/ul>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tHintergrund\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Das OIG wurde aufgrund der Zustimmung der W\u00e4hler zu einer \u00c4nderung der Stadtverfassung in einem Referendum im November 2018 gegr\u00fcndet, das von 81% der W\u00e4hler der Stadt angenommen wurde.<\/p>\n<p>Das Amt agiert als unabh\u00e4ngige, vor politischer Einflussnahme gesch\u00fctzte Abteilung mit dem Hauptziel, das Vertrauen der \u00d6ffentlichkeit in die Regierung zu st\u00e4rken. Zu diesem Zweck ist der Generalinspekteur befugt, die Vorlage von Unterlagen, die sich im Besitz und unter der Kontrolle von st\u00e4dtischen Abteilungen, Lieferanten und Mitarbeitern befinden, zur \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung anzufordern. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist er befugt, Vorladungen zur Vorlage von Zeugenaussagen oder Dokumenten zu Angelegenheiten seines Zust\u00e4ndigkeitsbereichs zu erlassen.<\/p>\n<p>Das OIG ist f\u00fcr die Untersuchung von Programmen, Abl\u00e4ufen, Vertr\u00e4gen und Mitarbeitern mit folgenden Zielen verantwortlich:<\/p>\n<p>1.
