Klasse zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n<p>Der Ausschuss ist befugt, der Stadtkommission Empfehlungen zu unterbreiten und Pl\u00e4ne zur F\u00f6rderung und Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Bildung in den Schulen von Miami Beach (K-12) zu untersuchen, zu entwickeln und umzusetzen. Der Ausschuss besteht aus 26 stimmberechtigten Mitgliedern und drei nicht stimmberechtigten Mitgliedern von Amts wegen und setzt sich wie folgt zusammen:<\/p>\n<p>(1) Ein von der Eltern-Lehrer-Vereinigung der North Beach Elementary ausgew\u00e4hlter Vertreter.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Ein von der Eltern-Lehrer-Vereinigung der Biscayne Beach Elementary ausgew\u00e4hlter Vertreter.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Ein von der Eltern-Lehrer-Vereinigung von Miami Beach Feinberg-Fisher K-8 ausgew\u00e4hlter Vertreter.<\/p>\n<p>(4) Ein von der Eltern-Lehrer-Vereinigung der Miami Beach South Pointe Elementary ausgew\u00e4hlter Vertreter.<\/p>\n<p>(5) Ein von der Eltern-Lehrer-Vereinigung der Miami Beach Nautilus Middle School ausgew\u00e4hlter Vertreter.<\/p>\n<p>(6) Ein von der Eltern-Lehrer-Vereinigung der Miami Beach High School ausgew\u00e4hlter Vertreter.<\/p>\n<p>(7) Ein vom Elternbeirat der Ruth K. Broad Elementary School ausgew\u00e4hlter Vertreter.<\/p>\n<p>(8) Ein vom Eltern-Lehrer-Verband der Treasure Island Elementary School ausgew\u00e4hlter Vertreter.<\/p>\n<p>(9) Ein vom Eltern-Lehrer-Verband oder einer gleichwertigen Elternorganisation der Rabbi Alexander Gross High School &amp; Hebrew Academy ausgew\u00e4hlter Vertreter.<\/p>\n<p>(10) Ein vom Elternbeirat oder einer gleichwertigen Elternorganisation der Yeshiva Elementary School ausgew\u00e4hlter Vertreter.<\/p>\n<p>(11) Ein vom Elternbeirat oder einer gleichwertigen Elternorganisation der St. Patrick Catholic School ausgew\u00e4hlter Vertreter.<\/p>\n<p>(12) Ein vom Elternbeirat oder einer gleichwertigen Elternorganisation von Casa Dei Bambini ausgew\u00e4hlter Vertreter.<\/p>\n<p>(13) Ein von der Eltern-Lehrer-Vereinigung oder einer gleichwertigen Elternorganisation der Lehrman Community Day School Inc. ausgew\u00e4hlter Vertreter.<\/p>\n<p>(14) Ein vom Eltern-Lehrer-Verband oder einer gleichwertigen Elternorganisation von Klurman Mesivta ausgew\u00e4hlter Vertreter.<\/p>\n<p>(15) Ein vom Eltern-Lehrer-Verband oder einer gleichwertigen Elternorganisation der Temple Beth Sholom Innovation School ausgew\u00e4hlter Vertreter.<\/p>\n<p>(16) Ein vom Eltern-Lehrer-Verband oder einer gleichwertigen Elternorganisation der Mater Beach Academy ausgew\u00e4hlter Vertreter.<\/p>\n<p>(17) Ein vom Eltern-Lehrer-Verband oder einer gleichwertigen Elternorganisation der Montessori Academy at St. Johns ausgew\u00e4hlter Vertreter.<\/p>\n<p>(18) Ein vom Elternbeirat oder einer gleichwertigen Elternorganisation von Le Petite Papillon Montessori ausgew\u00e4hlter Vertreter.<\/p>\n<p>(19) Ein von der Eltern-Lehrer-Vereinigung oder einer gleichwertigen Elternorganisation der Mechina of South Florida (der Mesivta of Greater Miami) ausgew\u00e4hlter Vertreter.<\/p>\n<p>(20) Sieben Mitglieder der \u00d6ffentlichkeit mit Kenntnissen oder Sachverstand in Bildungsfragen, die direkt vom B\u00fcrgermeister und jedem Stadtkommissar ernannt werden, wobei nicht mehr als drei von ihnen bei den \u00f6ffentlichen Schulen des Miami-Dade County angestellt oder unter Vertrag genommen werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Quorum besteht aus neun (9) Mitgliedern. Alle stimmberechtigten Mitglieder m\u00fcssen Eltern\/Erziehungsberechtigte von Sch\u00fclern einer Schule in Miami Beach sein, die gleichzeitig Einwohner der Stadt Miami Beach sind. Die Stadtkommission benennt zwei ihrer Mitglieder als Verbindungspersonen zur Stadtkommission, die der Stadtkommission \u00fcber die Ma\u00dfnahmen des Ausschusses f\u00fcr Bildungsqualit\u00e4t berichten.
