Der Betrieb oder die Inspektion von Meeresanlagen, einschlie\u00dflich Erfahrung mit verschiedenen Arten von Seeschiffen und Bootsaktivit\u00e4ten; und\/oder<\/p>\n<p>2. Die ein Interesse an der Erhaltung der Str\u00e4nde und Ufer der Stadt haben. Dies umfasst die Zusammenarbeit mit Bundes-, Landes- und lokalen Beh\u00f6rden, die sich f\u00fcr Standards im Bereich der Meeresumwelt und saubere und klare Wasserwege interessieren; die Bekanntmachung der Bedeutung angemessener Standards; die Durchf\u00fchrung \u00f6ffentlicher Anh\u00f6rungen, Diskussionen, Foren und Institute zur Organisation von Informationsveranstaltungen durch Experten auf relevanten Gebieten.<\/p>\n<p>(2) F\u00f6rderung und Erhaltung einer sauberen, m\u00fcllfreien Meeresumwelt durch die Pr\u00fcfung der Verf\u00fcgbarkeit von Durchsetzungstechniken, neuen Verordnungen und der aktiven F\u00f6rderung freiwilliger Reinigungsaktionen.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Abgabe von Empfehlungen zu allen laufenden und zuk\u00fcnftigen Aktivit\u00e4ten am Wasser, einschlie\u00dflich der Genehmigung und \u00dcberwachung von Wasser- und Strandkonzessionen, wasserbezogenen und meeresbezogenen Sonderveranstaltungen sowie Meeres- und Uferumweltfragen.<\/p>\n<p>(4) Dem Stadtverwalter und der Stadtkommission Empfehlungen zur m\u00f6glichen Aussetzung oder R\u00fccknahme von Gewerbesteuereinnahmen f\u00fcr gewerbliche Charterunternehmen vorlegen, die sich an Bel\u00e4stigungen oder gewohnheitsm\u00e4\u00dfig rechtswidrigen Aktivit\u00e4ten beteiligen.
