November 2018 und 8. November 2022 genehmigt wurden.<\/p>\n<p>Das General Obligation Bond Oversight Committee setzt sich wie folgt aus vierzehn (14) Mitgliedern zusammen:<\/p>\nAcht (8) stimmberechtigte Mitglieder mit gestaffelten Amtszeiten, die von der Stadtkommission wie folgt ernannt werden:<br \/>\n(1) zwei Einwohner der Stadt aus dem Gebiet North Beach;<br \/>\n(2) zwei Einwohner der Stadt aus dem Gebiet Mid-Beach; und<br \/>\n(3) zwei Stadtbewohner aus der Gegend von South Beach.<br \/>\n(4) zwei Einwohner der Stadt aus einem beliebigen geografischen Gebiet der Stadt mit Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kultur-\/Kunstorganisationen, auch in Bezug auf Betrieb, Anlagenverwaltung oder Design.\n<p>Ein direkt vom B\u00fcrgermeister ernannter stimmberechtigter Teilnehmer, der in einem beliebigen Stadtteil ans\u00e4ssig ist und den Vorsitz des Ausschusses \u00fcbernimmt.<\/p>\nF\u00fcnf (5) von Amts wegen nicht stimmberechtigte Mitglieder wie folgt:<br \/>\n(1) ein Beauftragter des Pr\u00fcfungsausschusses der Stadt;<br \/>\n(2) ein Beauftragter des st\u00e4dtischen Ausschusses f\u00fcr Parks und Freizeiteinrichtungen;<br \/>\n(3) ein Beauftragter des st\u00e4dtischen Haushaltsbeirats; und<br \/>\n(4) ein Beauftragter des Nachhaltigkeitsausschusses der Stadt.<br \/>\n(5) ein Vertreter des st\u00e4dtischen Kulturrats. Die Amtszeit der stimmberechtigten Mitglieder betr\u00e4gt zwei Jahre.<br \/>\n(1) F\u00fcr die Amtszeitbeschr\u00e4nkungen der in Absatz (a)(1)-(3) genannten stimmberechtigten Mitglieder gelten die in Abschnitt 222(5)(b) des City Code f\u00fcr allgemein ernannte Mitglieder festgelegten Amtszeitbeschr\u00e4nkungen.\n<p>(2) Die Amtszeit des Ausschussvorsitzenden richtet sich nach den in Abschnitt 2-22 (5)(a) der Stadtverordnung f\u00fcr Direkternennungen festgelegten Amtszeitbeschr\u00e4nkungen.<\/p>\nJedes der neun (9) stimmberechtigten Mitglieder muss ein hohes Ma\u00df an Wissen oder Fachkenntnissen in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche oder Disziplinen nachweisen:<br \/>\n(1) Bankwesen\/Finanzen;<br \/>\n(2) Bauwesen;<br \/>\n(3) Immobilienentwicklung:<br \/>\n(4) Baumanagement;<br \/>\n(5) Freizeit- oder Kultur-\/Kunstbetrieb, Anlagenverwaltung\/-gestaltung;<br \/>\n(6) Architektur;<br \/>\n(7) Landschaftsgestaltung\/Landschaftsarchitektur;<br \/>\n(8) \u00d6ffentliche Sicherheitssysteme;<br \/>\n(9) \u00d6ffentliche Bauarbeiten;<br \/>\n(10) \u00d6ffentliche Einrichtungen;<br \/>\n(11) Ingenieurwissenschaften;<br \/>\n(12) St\u00e4dteplanung\/Stadtgestaltung;<br \/>\n(13) Resilienz\/Umweltmanagement;<br \/>\n(14) Kommunikation; oder<br \/>\n(15) Nachbarschaftsf\u00fchrung.\n<p>Die wichtigsten unterst\u00fctzenden Abteilungen des Aufsichtsausschusses f\u00fcr allgemeine Obligationenanleihen sind das B\u00fcro des Stadtverwalters, die Finanzabteilung, die Abteilung f\u00fcr Kapitalverbesserungsprojekte und die Abteilung f\u00fcr Einrichtungen und Fuhrpark.
