Sie erreichen Heather unter [Kontaktinformationen einf\u00fcgen]. <a href=\"mailto:HeatherShaw@miamibeachfl.gov\">HeatherShaw@miamibeachfl.gov<\/a> oder bei <strong><a href=\"tel:3056737000\">305.673.7000<\/a><\/strong> Durchwahl 26563.<\/p>\n\t<p>Der Ausschuss hat folgende Aufgaben:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Berichten Sie direkt dem B\u00fcrgermeister;<\/li>\n<li>Durchf\u00fchrung \u00f6ffentlich angek\u00fcndigter Sitzungen, die bei Bedarf f\u00fcr die \u00d6ffentlichkeit zug\u00e4nglich sind;<\/li>\n<li>Sie sind befugt, sich bei Bedarf direkt mit dem Personal der Stadt zu treffen.<\/li>\n<li>Konsultieren Sie die Staatsanwaltschaft und nehmen Sie dort Rechtsberatung in Anspruch.<\/li>\n<li>Stellen Sie f\u00fcr jede Sitzung Protokolle der Ausschusssitzungen bereit (durch Ver\u00f6ffentlichung auf der Ressourcen-Webseite des Ausschusses f\u00fcr wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Stadt).<\/li>\n<li>Legen Sie dem B\u00fcrgermeister bei Bedarf schriftliche Berichte mit detaillierten Angaben zu den Aktivit\u00e4ten und Empfehlungen des Ausschusses vor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t<p>Die Staatsanwaltschaft der Stadt stellt dem Ausschuss Rechtsberatung zur Verf\u00fcgung, soweit dies erforderlich ist oder vom Ausschuss angefordert wird.<\/p>\n\t<p>Dem Ausschuss stehen Sekretariats- und sonstige personelle Unterst\u00fctzung nach Bedarf zur Verf\u00fcgung. Der Stadtdirektor benennt eine Person aus der Stadtverwaltung, die f\u00fcr die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Ausschuss verantwortlich ist.
