Im Einklang mit dieser Richtlinie soll der Stadtdirektor mindestens zwei Monate vor der Ernennung oder Wiederernennung von Mitgliedern des Ausschusses Vorschl\u00e4ge von m\u00f6glichst vielen \u00f6ffentlichen Diensten und anderen Quellen einholen, die er f\u00fcr geeignet h\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n<p>(c) Mindestens ein Ausschussmitglied muss zus\u00e4tzlich zu den hierin festgelegten allgemeinen Qualifikationen eine Zulassung als Rechtsanwalt in einer US-amerikanischen Jurisdiktion (einschlie\u00dflich des District of Columbia und aller US-Territorien) besitzen, aktives und angesehenes Mitglied der jeweiligen Anwaltskammer sein und Erfahrung im B\u00fcrgerrechtsrecht haben. Bevorzugt werden Ausschussmitglieder, die eine Zulassung als Rechtsanwalt im Bundesstaat Florida besitzen, aktives und angesehenes Mitglied der Anwaltskammer Floridas sind und Erfahrung im B\u00fcrgerrechtsrecht haben.<\/p>\n<p>(d) Die Mitglieder \u00fcben ihre T\u00e4tigkeit ohne Verg\u00fctung aus.<\/p>\n<p>(e) Amtszeitbeschr\u00e4nkungen. Von einzelnen Stadtkommissaren ernannte Mitglieder (im Folgenden \u201edirekt ernannte Mitglieder\u201c) d\u00fcrfen dem Ausschuss h\u00f6chstens acht Jahre in Folge angeh\u00f6ren. Von der gesamten Stadtkommission ernannte Mitglieder (im Folgenden \u201eallgemein ernannte Mitglieder\u201c) d\u00fcrfen dem Ausschuss h\u00f6chstens sechs Jahre angeh\u00f6ren. Nach Ablauf ihrer Amtszeit verbietet dieser Absatz nicht, dass direkt oder allgemein ernannte Mitglieder f\u00fcr weitere zwei Jahre wiederernannt werden, wenn:<\/p>\n<p>1. Der einzelne Kommissar, der einen Direktkandidaten ernannt hat, stellt fest, dass der Kandidat w\u00e4hrend seiner T\u00e4tigkeit im Ausschuss Beitr\u00e4ge geleistet hat, die f\u00fcr die Stadt von besonderem Nutzen sind.<\/p>\n<p>2. Die Stadtkommission als Ganzes stellt fest, dass ein allgemein ernannter Kandidat w\u00e4hrend seiner T\u00e4tigkeit im Ausschuss Beitr\u00e4ge geleistet hat, die f\u00fcr die Stadt von besonderem Nutzen sind.<\/p>\n\t<p>Die Stadt Miami Beach verbietet Diskriminierung bei der Besch\u00e4ftigung, der Wohnungssuche und in \u00f6ffentlichen Einrichtungen. Wenn Sie glauben, aufgrund Ihrer Rasse, Hautfarbe, nationalen Herkunft, Religion, Ihres Geschlechts, Ihrer Geschlechtsidentit\u00e4t, Ihrer sexuellen Orientierung, Ihres Familienstands, Ihres Alters oder einer Behinderung Opfer einer rechtswidrigen Diskriminierung geworden zu sein, k\u00f6nnen Sie innerhalb von 180 Tagen nach der mutma\u00dflichen Diskriminierung Beschwerde bei der Stadt einreichen. Alle Beschwerden werden umfassend und umgehend untersucht.<\/p>\n<p>Der Menschenrechtsausschuss der Stadt Miami Beach informiert die \u00d6ffentlichkeit seit 2010 \u00fcber die Rechte und Rechtsmittel der st\u00e4dtischen Menschenrechtsverordnung, f\u00f6rdert das \u00f6ffentliche Bewusstsein f\u00fcr Menschenrechtsfragen und empfiehlt dem B\u00fcrgermeister und der Kommission Gesetze oder Ma\u00dfnahmen, die die Menschenrechte f\u00f6rdern und Diskriminierung verhindern. Die Menschenrechtsverordnung der Stadt Miami Beach ist eine der umfassendsten weltweit und verbietet Diskriminierung bei der Wohnungssuche, am Arbeitsplatz oder in \u00f6ffentlichen Einrichtungen aufgrund von Rasse, Hautfarbe, nationaler Herkunft, Religion, Geschlecht, Geschlechtsidentit\u00e4t, sexueller Orientierung, Behinderung, Familienstand oder Alter. Zu den j\u00fcngsten Menschenrechtsereignissen und -schwerpunkten geh\u00f6rten Menschenhandel, Transgender-Probleme, wirtschaftliche und Lohndiskriminierung sowie Wohnungsfragen.
