Sechs (6) davon m\u00fcssen B\u00fcrger von Miami Beach sein, die nicht im Dienst der Stadt stehen und jeweils einen anderen Beruf haben;<\/p>\n<p>2. Drei (3) regul\u00e4re Angestellte der Stadt Miami Beach, die von den Angestellten auf Probe und den regul\u00e4ren Angestellten der Stadt gew\u00e4hlt werden und aus den Angestellten mit regul\u00e4rem Status in den jeweiligen Gruppen gew\u00e4hlt werden:<\/p>\n<p>Gruppe I besteht aus den Mitarbeitern der Polizei, der Feuerwehr und der Strandwache;<\/p>\n<p>Gruppe II besteht aus Mitarbeitern in Verwaltungs- und F\u00fchrungspositionen;<\/p>\n<p>Die Gruppe III besteht aus allen anderen Arbeitnehmern,<\/p>\n<p>Der Personalleiter ist nicht stimmberechtigtes Mitglied.<\/p>\n\t<p>Der Personalrat genehmigt, lehnt ab und \u00e4ndert den Einstufungsplan, die Personalordnung und die Anforderungen an Bewerber f\u00fcr eine eingestufte Stelle. Er achtet darauf, dass die Bestimmungen des Beamtengesetzes und der Personalordnung fair und ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df umgesetzt werden. Er befasst sich mit Einspr\u00fcchen gegen Leistungsbeurteilungen und Disziplinarverfahren. Er untersucht und gibt Empfehlungen zu verschiedenen weiteren Personalangelegenheiten ab.<\/p>\n<p>Die Sitzungen stehen allen Mitarbeitern (mit Genehmigung ihrer Vorgesetzten) und der \u00d6ffentlichkeit offen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Personalrat besteht aus sechs von der Stadtkommission ernannten B\u00fcrgern von Miami Beach und drei von den Probe- und Festangestellten der Stadt gew\u00e4hlten Mitarbeitern.
