Der Hauptzweck des Ausschusses besteht darin, den Verwaltungsrat bei der Auswahl eines Wirtschaftspr\u00fcfers f\u00fcr die j\u00e4hrliche Finanzpr\u00fcfung gem\u00e4\u00df FS 218.39 zu unterst\u00fctzen. Der Pr\u00fcfungsausschuss kann jedoch auch andere vom Verwaltungsrat festgelegte Pr\u00fcfungsaufsichtszwecke erf\u00fcllen.<\/p>\n<p>Gem\u00e4\u00df FS 218.391 muss der Ausschuss:<\/p>\n<p>1. Festlegung von Faktoren, die zur Bewertung der von einer Wirtschaftspr\u00fcfungsgesellschaft zu erbringenden Pr\u00fcfungsleistungen herangezogen werden sollen;<\/p>\n<p>2. Angebote qualifizierter Firmen bewerten; und<\/p>\n<p>3.
