Praktikanten und Externe arbeiten eng mit erfahrenen Anw\u00e4lten an komplexen Rechtsfragen, die eine dynamische Stadtverwaltung betreffen.<\/p>\n<p>Praktikanten und Externe sammeln wertvolle Erfahrungen im \u00f6ffentlichen Sektor in Schl\u00fcsselbereichen wie Prozessf\u00fchrung, Fl\u00e4chennutzung und Fl\u00e4chennutzungsplanung, Gesetzgebung, Immobilienrecht, Transaktionsrecht, Verfassungsrecht, Arbeits- und Arbeitskonflikte, Personensch\u00e4den, Umweltrecht, Ethik und Wahlrecht. Sie \u00fcbernehmen inhaltliche juristische Arbeit, darunter juristische Recherche, die Erstellung von Rechtsgutachten und Antr\u00e4gen, Prozessunterst\u00fctzung und die Unterst\u00fctzung von Anw\u00e4lten bei Anh\u00f6rungen und Prozessen vor Staats- und Bundesgerichten sowie vor Verwaltungsr\u00e4ten.<\/p>\n<p>Die Teilnehmer nehmen au\u00dferdem an Sitzungen der Stadtkommission und verschiedener anderer Stadtgremien teil \u2013 darunter des Planungs-, Denkmalschutz- und Designpr\u00fcfungsausschusses sowie des Zoning Board of Adjustment \u2013 und erhalten so Einblicke aus erster Hand in die Arbeitsweise der Stadtverwaltung.
