Seine T\u00e4tigkeitsschwerpunkte sind Verfassungsrecht, Arbeitsrecht, Polizeihaftung und Zivilrechtsstreitigkeiten vor staatlichen und bundesstaatlichen Gerichten. Seit seinem Eintritt in die Staatsanwaltschaft hat Herr Rosenwald verschiedene Abteilungen der Stadt Miami Beach erfolgreich verteidigt, darunter die Polizei, die Feuerwehr und das Parkhaus von Miami Beach. Vor seinem Eintritt in die Staatsanwaltschaft war Herr Rosenwald Leiter des LGBT Advocacy Project der ACLU von Florida. Dort konzentrierte sich Rob auf verschiedene politische Themen, die die Schwulen- und Transgender-Community in Florida betreffen, darunter die Anti-Homosexuellen-Initiative, die den Schutz gleichgeschlechtlicher Paare gef\u00e4hrdet, Diskriminierung bei der Adoptionspolitik Floridas sowie Diskriminierung und Bel\u00e4stigung schwuler und transgender Jugendlicher an \u00f6ffentlichen Schulen. Rob hat vor Aussch\u00fcssen der gesetzgebenden K\u00f6rperschaft von Florida zur Notwendigkeit von Ma\u00dfnahmen gegen Mobbing und Bel\u00e4stigung zum Schutz schwuler und transgender Sch\u00fcler an Schulen ausgesagt. Er vertrat auch homosexuelle und transsexuelle Studierende in ganz Florida, um ihnen einen sicheren Zugang zu Bildung zu erm\u00f6glichen. Herr Rosenwald wurde 2009 von der Miami Daily Business Review als einer der erfolgreichsten Anw\u00e4lte S\u00fcdfloridas ausgezeichnet. Im Oktober 2008 f\u00fchrte Herr Rosenwald den wegweisenden ACLU-Prozess.\u00a0<i>In der Angelegenheit der Adoption von John Doe und James Doe<\/i>, wodurch Floridas Adoptionsverbot f\u00fcr Homosexuelle erfolgreich aufgehoben wurde. Am 22. September 2010 best\u00e4tigte das Berufungsgericht des dritten Bezirks von Florida einstimmig die Entscheidung des Gerichts erster Instanz und beendete das 33-j\u00e4hrige Verbot in Florida. Ebenfalls im Jahr 2008 war Rob Hauptanwalt im neuartigen ACLU-Fall\u00a0<i>Gay-Straight Alliance of Okeechobee High School gegen School Board of Okeechobee County,\u00a0<\/i>Hier entschied erstmals ein Bundesbezirksgericht, dass Verbindungen zwischen Homosexuellen und Heterosexuellen an High Schools das Wohlergehen der Sch\u00fcler nicht gef\u00e4hrden. Herr Rosenwald schloss 1997 sein Jurastudium an der University of Pittsburgh ab und war von 1997 bis 1998 als Referendar f\u00fcr den verstorbenen Richter C.
