Zu seinen Aufgaben geh\u00f6ren die Rechtsberatung und Schulung der Polizeibeh\u00f6rde von Miami Beach, die Erstellung und Pr\u00fcfung von Vertr\u00e4gen und Vereinbarungen, die Prozessf\u00fchrung in Zivilverfahren wegen Verm\u00f6gensverfalls vor dem Bezirksgericht des Bundesstaates und die L\u00f6sung zahlreicher Rechtsangelegenheiten der Polizeibeh\u00f6rde von Miami Beach.<\/p>\n<p>Bevor er von der Stadt Miami Beach eingestellt wurde, war Herr Fishman stellvertretender Staatsanwalt und Abteilungsleiter und verfolgte Mordf\u00e4lle bei der Staatsanwaltschaft des Miami-Dade County. Herr Fishman diente au\u00dferdem viele Jahre als leitender Anwalt der South Florida Money Laundering Strike Force \u2013 einer beh\u00f6rden\u00fcbergreifenden Task Force zur Bek\u00e4mpfung gro\u00dfer, internationaler Drogenhandelsorganisationen.
