Der stadtweite Arbeitsplan enth\u00e4lt Initiativen zur Unterst\u00fctzung des strategischen Plans der Stadt. Die Initiativen des Arbeitsplans werden j\u00e4hrlich auf Grundlage der neuesten Umfrageergebnisse, sozio\u00f6konomischer Trends sowie der Arbeitsbelastung und Leistung der Abteilungen aktualisiert. Der stadtweite Arbeitsplan dient den Abteilungen als Orientierungshilfe bei der Analyse von Dienstleistungen und der Erstellung vorgeschlagener Arbeitspl\u00e4ne und Budgets.<\/p>\n<p>Im Einklang mit der Miami Beach Vision bereitet jede Abteilung zun\u00e4chst ihre vorgeschlagenen <strong><a title=\"J\u00e4hrlicher Arbeitsplan der Abteilung\" href=\"\/de\/city-hall\/office-of-budget-peformance\/department-work-plans\/\"><em>J\u00e4hrlicher Arbeitsplan der Abteilung<\/em><\/a> <\/strong>f\u00fcr das kommende Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr zur Unterst\u00fctzung der Stadt <a href=\"\/de\/strategic-plan\/\"><strong><em>strategische Planung<\/em><\/strong><\/a> Priorit\u00e4ten und stadtweiter Arbeitsplan. Der Leistungsplanbestandteil der Abteilungsarbeitspl\u00e4ne bildet die Grundlage f\u00fcr Empfehlungen zu Verbesserungen, Reduzierungen, Neuausrichtungen und Effizienzsteigerungen. Dabei werden die Programme und Aktivit\u00e4ten der Abteilungen mit dem verabschiedeten strategischen Plan und dem stadtweiten Arbeitsplan der Stadt in Einklang gebracht.<\/p>\n<p>In der Vergangenheit erhielten die Abteilungen fr\u00fchzeitig im Prozess ein Zielbudget, und jeder Abteilungsbudgetantrag wurde entsprechend diesem Ziel abgeglichen. Dies f\u00fchrte zu einem Budget, das inkrementell war und sich eher auf einzelne Posten als auf Priorit\u00e4ten konzentrierte. Beginnend mit dem Haushaltsjahr 2006 implementierte die Stadt einen leistungsorientierten Ansatz f\u00fcr die Ressourcenzuweisung auf Grundlage des strategischen Plans und des j\u00e4hrlichen Arbeitsplans der Stadt.<\/p>\n<p>Der Investitionshaushalt stellt die Projektbudgets f\u00fcr laufende und neue Investitionsprojekte dar, die zur Verbesserung, Erweiterung und Instandhaltung \u00f6ffentlicher Einrichtungen und Infrastruktur erforderlich sind, um den Serviceanforderungen der Einwohner und Besucher von Miami Beach gerecht zu werden. Er ist das erste Jahr des f\u00fcnfj\u00e4hrigen Investitionsplans (CIP) der Stadt. Der CIP der Stadt Miami Beach ist ein F\u00fcnfjahresplan f\u00fcr \u00f6ffentliche Verbesserungen und Investitionen der Stadt, der j\u00e4hrlich aktualisiert wird. Der CIP koordiniert die Projekte hinsichtlich Finanzierung, Standort und Zeit.<\/p>\n<p>Der Strategische Plan der Stadt Miami Beach umfasst Managementziele und strategische Ma\u00dfnahmen, um die langfristige Nachhaltigkeit der Stadtverwaltung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Die <strong><a title=\"Finanzpolitik\" href=\"\/de\/city-hall\/office-of-budget-peformance\/budget\/financial-policies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Finanzpolitik der Stadt<\/em><\/a><\/strong> Die von der Stadtkommission angenommenen Leitlinien sollen den Haushaltsprozess der Stadt leiten und Verbesserungen in Richtung dieser wichtigsten angestrebten Ergebnisse
